Express Shipping

Express orders placed before 2:00 pm (CET) will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Express shipping is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur in the following situations:

Seasonal peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas)
Strikes or disruptions at the carrier
Severe weather conditions
Customs delays on international shipments
