Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Audynia LLC (operating as Matteo Solaro) (hereinafter "Matteo Solaro") and the customer via the online shop at matteosolaro.com. Any conflicting terms put forward by the customer are not recognised unless Matteo Solaro has expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Formation of Contract
The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy Now" / "Order with obligation to pay" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. This offer is accepted by:
- an explicit confirmation email (order confirmation), or
- delivery of the goods to the customer.
Matteo Solaro stores the contract text. The customer can access these Terms and Conditions at any time on this page.
3. Prices and Payment
All stated prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and displayed at the time of ordering.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card (VISA, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Klarna (invoice, instalment, instant payment)
- Stripe (SEPA direct debit)
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order. For payment by invoice (Klarna), Klarna's payment terms apply.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery takes 7–10 working days. Longer delivery times may apply during peak periods.
Free shipping applies to orders over €50 (DACH) or £60 (UK). Below this threshold, shipping charges apply as shown at checkout.
The risk of shipping is borne by Matteo Solaro as long as the customer is a consumer.
5. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Matteo Solaro until full payment has been received.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the Returns and Withdrawal Policy.
7. Warranty and Defects
Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period for consumers is 2 years from delivery. For business customers, the warranty period is 1 year.
In the event of a defect, the customer is initially entitled to remedial action (repair or replacement delivery). If remedial action fails, the customer may at their discretion reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
8. Limitation of Liability
Matteo Solaro is liable without limitation for:
- Intentional misconduct and gross negligence
- Injury to life, body, or health
- Claims under product liability law
In cases of ordinary negligence, Matteo Solaro is only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable and typical damages at the time of contracting. Further liability for ordinary negligence is excluded.
9. Dispute Resolution / EU ODR
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Our email address is: support@matteosolaro.com
Matteo Solaro is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Governing Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer is habitually resident shall continue to apply.
